Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the item. No refunds will be given for items not cared for per instructions If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please make sure you have verified your size as well as any personalization as I will not issue any refunds for personalization errors or sizing errors.

No returns will be accepted on bleached items, bleached items will not be exact and no two designs will be the same. There are no returns on pre-order items, however if a product does not work out, you are welcome to resell within my Facebook group.
